This page describes the intended privacy approach for NEXIFY. It will be finalised against the verified legal entity, jurisdiction, service providers, retention periods and operating practices before public launch.
Information we collect
When you submit a project enquiry we may collect your name, business email, phone or WhatsApp number, company, country or region, project selections, description, preferred contact method, consent record, any uploaded file, and limited source information such as landing page, referrer and campaign parameters.
Why we use it
We use this information to review and respond to enquiries, assess project fit, communicate about the requested work, protect the form from abuse, keep operational records and, only with your consent, improve the website through anonymous analytics.
Storage and service providers
Enquiry records are stored in a managed PostgreSQL database. Attachments are stored privately in object storage. Email is sent through a transactional email provider and spam protection is provided by Cloudflare Turnstile. Final processors, locations and transfer safeguards will be confirmed before launch.
Retention
Retention periods for enquiries, client communications, consent records, attachments, security logs and backups will be defined and published here.
Your rights
Depending on the law that applies to you, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict your personal data, to object to processing, to data portability, to withdraw consent, and to contact a supervisory authority.
